Kanda provides a platform for learning and simulation. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

• Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Kanda official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Kanda or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
